Our building was built in 1840 and has been the Hotel Luisenhof since 1908. Today it is run by the third generation of our family. With its central location directly on the market square, our hotel is the ideal starting point for discovering the most beautiful sides of our town.

Numerous shopping opportunities, cozy restaurants, lively bars and exciting museums await you just a few minutes’ walk away. A special highlight is the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC), which has regularly hosted events, trade fairs and congresses since 2018.

Breakfast times:

  • Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 10:00 a.m.

  • Sundays and public holidays: 08:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Start the day well fortified with a rich breakfast buffet and our friendly team. You can look forward to:

  • Crispy rolls and bread

  • Muesli and cereals

  • Cheese specialties

  • Fruit quark and yogurt

  • Cold cut variations

  • Fresh fruit salad

  • Various jams and honey

  • Fried bacon and boiled, fried or scrambled eggs

We are happy to fulfill special breakfast requests by arrangement.

Price per person and night: €14.00 (including coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice, plus VAT).

Please note that breakfast can be booked for the entire stay upon check-in. Bookings for individual days are unfortunately not possible for organizational reasons.

Reception & check-in/check-out

Our reception team is there for you from Monday to Sunday from 7:00 to 22:00. On public holidays we are happy to welcome you by prior arrangement.

Arrival: 14:00 – 22:00
(Later check-ins are only possible by prior arrangement and advance payment).

Departure: by 11:00 a.m.
(later departure is possible subject to availability and may incur additional costs).

Cancellation conditions

We know that plans can change – and we are very sorry if rooms remain free even though other guests would have liked to come. Please inform us in good time if you need to change or cancel your booking.

Cancellation free of charge: up to one day before arrival

For slate cancelations or no-shows, 100% of the first night will be charged

We ask that cancellations be made in writing by email so that everything is recorded correctly.

Internet

Fast Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel – so you can stay connected at all times, whether for business or pleasure.

Park

Guests can use the following public parking facilities (prices subject to change):

  • Parkhaus am Markt, Marktplatz, 65185 Wiesbaden – Maximum rate per day: EUR 16
  • Parking garage RheinMain Congress Center, Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 1, 65185 Wiesbaden –

Maximum rate 0-24 hrs: EUR 12
Note: If you book the RMCC parking garage exclusively, there may be closures or entry restrictions.

Tourist tax

Since February 1, 2024, the city of Wiesbaden has levied a visitor’s tax of €5.00 per person per day of stay. This now also applies to business travelers.

The spa fee is reduced by 50% for severely disabled persons with a valid disabled person’s pass.

children

  • Children up to 6 years: Up to 1 child stays free of charge in the parents’ bed. Additional blankets and pillows are available on request and at an extra charge.

  • From 6 years or more children: We recommend a separate bed for maximum comfort.

Pets

Pets are welcome, but only permitted on request. We charge 15.00 euros per night and animal.

Means of payment

We accept the following means of payment on site: MasterCard, AMEX, Visa, EC card and cash.

Companies can send us a written declaration of assumption of costs for their employees. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

To ensure that the costs are covered, we ask you to provide valid credit card details.

If you do not have your own form, we will be happy to send you our form as a PDF by e-mail.

safe

As the rooms do not have their own safes, you can obtain a safe box from reception on request. This gives you the opportunity to store your valuable items safely with us.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking accommodation. Please do not smoke in the rooms or in the public areas of the hotel.

Guests who do not comply with this rule may be charged compensation of up to €200.
