Our Hotel Luisenhof, which was built in 1840 and has been family-run for three generations, is centrally located near the market square, making it an ideal base for visiting many sights.
Many shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and also museums are within walking distance from our house. This also includes the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC), which was newly opened in 2018 and regularly hosts events, trade fairs and congresses.

The perfect start to the day
With a rich buffet we want to get you in the mood for a nice day with our friendly staff. For example: crispy rolls and bread, muesli and cereals, cheese specialties, fruit quark, honey, yoghurt, cold cuts specialties, fresh fruit salad, various jams as well as fried bacon and boiled, fried or scrambled eggs. We are also happy to try to accommodate other breakfast requests.

Reception, arrival and departure times
Our reception team is at your disposal from Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and on holidays by appointment.
Arrival time: 14:00 – 22:00
(Later check-ins are only possible by arrangement and advance payment of the booking).
Departure: until 11:00 am
(Late departures are only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability and may incur additional costs).
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation sounds unpleasant and it is – for you, as well as for us. It is a shame when rooms remain free even though others would have liked to come. Our request: inform us in good time.
You can cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival. For later cancellations, 80% of the first night will be charged. Failure to cancel (no-shows) will be charged 100%.
Internet
We have fast, free WiFi throughout the hotel.
Park
Due to our downtown location, we are unfortunately unable to offer in-house parking. However, there is the possibility to park in the parking garage of the nearby RheinMain Congresscenter. This is about six minutes’ walk from the hotel and costs approx. 12.00 euros / 0 – 24 hrs. The public parking garage “Am Markt” is 50m away. The cost of this is about 16.00 euros /0 – 24 clock.
Tourist tax
Since 01.02.2024, the city of Wiesbaden has levied a visitor’s tax of 5.00 euros per day of stay and per person. This now also applies to business travelers.
The visitor’s tax is reduced by 50% for severely disabled persons with a disabled person’s pass.

children
One child up to the age of 6 can stay in the parents’ bed free of charge. Extra blankets and pillows are provided only on special request and at extra charge.
For more children and from the age of 6 we recommend a separate bed.
Pets
Pets are welcome, but only permitted on request. We charge 15.00 euros per night and animal.
Means of payment
We accept the following means of payment on site: MasterCard, AMEX, Visa, EC card and cash.
Companies can provide us with a written statement of acceptance of costs for their employees, so that payment can be made by bank transfer or by debiting a credit card on file. If you do not have your own form, please let us know and we will send it to you as a PDF to your e-mail address.

As the rooms do not have their own safe, you can request a safe box at the reception and store your valuable items with us
Smoking
We are a non-smoking accommodation! For this reason we ask our guests not to smoke in the rooms or in the public areas.
Guests who do not comply with this will be charged damages of up to 200 euros.
